Awesome vintage blue, khaki, maroon, and black plaid Lawson style tight back sofa with square tapered black painted legs. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The legs have a fresh coat of black paint. There are a few rust-colored stains on the fabric of the seat cushions and the foam in the seats is a bit “crispy” in spots so eventually you may wish to reupholster and/or replace the foam. It has been priced accordingly. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, Mid-20th Century. Positively Pretty and Perfectly Plaid! This is a wonderful vintage Lawson style sofa wearing a previously reupholstered navy blue, khaki, maroon, & black plaid fabric. It stands upon six squared tapered wood legs which we have given a fresh coat of lovely black paint. It has a tight back and two loose T seat cushions. They are comprised of foam inserts, which have a bit of age and over time gotten a bit “crispy.” It also has a couple of rust-colored stains on the fabric of the seat cushions, (nowhere else) but eventually you may want to reupholster. Just a design hint from our owner who is a retired designer, we think it would look really fun to replace the foam and reupholster just the seat cushions in something like a brown leather or faux leather fabric and leave the rest of the sofa plaid… Ralph Lauren style! But whatever fabric, when or if you choose to do so, it will be an easy process as the cushions are zippered. This Lawson style sofa is going to be gorgeous in your traditional or modern country style living room, your mid-century modern family room, or flanking the fireplace in your study or den. It is versatile enough to blend in beautifully no matter your décor style. This plaid Lawson style sofa is too magnificent to let get away from you! So, DON’T!!! Make it yours!!! Stretch light blue and black plaid dress with a bateau neck and 3/4 sleeves. There are hidden side pockets and zips up the back to a deep V. This dress comes with a black and is not lined. 65% Rayon 30% Nylon 5% Spandex Measurements, Bust/Waist: LOTS of stretch, at least a 2-4 inches!
